Reed diffuser “Orange & Rosemary – Clear Mind” 150 ml

No matter your age or mood, giving your sense of smell “something to do” when the lights go out is a surprisingly gentle way to take care of yourself at night.

I came across a neuroscience study (Frontiers in Neuroscience, 2023) showing that regular exposure to scents like orange, mint, eucalyptus, lavender, rosemary and rose during sleep was associated with improved memory and cognitive performance. Participants fell asleep with a diffuser that scented the room for a couple of hours each night.

Inspired by this idea, I created “Orange & Rosemary – Clear Mind”.

Sweet, sunny orange brings light and joy, while rosemary adds a cool herbal clarity often associated with focus. Touches of mint, eucalyptus, lavender and soft floral nuances make the fragrance deeper, more transparent and non-intrusive.

You can place this diffuser in the bedroom or relaxation area and pair it with a textile spray on pillows and blankets as an evening ritual.

The scent is fresh, pleasant and designed to support a calm bedtime mood, a clearer head and a feeling of caring for your own mind.

• Room size: approx. 15–25 m²

• Usage time: around 8–10 weeks

• Open the bottle and carefully insert the reeds into the liquid.

• Allow a few hours for the reeds to soak up the fragrance – it will unfold gradually.

• In the bedroom, use 3–5 reeds for a soft background scent; adjust the number if needed.

• Optionally pair with the “Clear Mind” textile spray before sleep.

• Do not place near open flame or in direct sunlight. Keep away from children and pets.
