Orange & Rosemary — Clear Mind Diffuser Refill 100/250 ml

No matter your age or mood, giving your sense of smell “something to do” when the lights go out is a surprisingly gentle way to take care of yourself at night.

I came across a neuroscience study (Frontiers in Neuroscience, 2023) showing that regular exposure to scents like orange, mint, eucalyptus, lavender, rosemary and rose during sleep was associated with improved memory and cognitive performance. Participants fell asleep with a diffuser that scented the room for a couple of hours each night.

Inspired by this idea, I created “Orange & Rosemary – Clear Mind”.

Sweet, sunny orange brings light and joy, while rosemary adds a cool herbal clarity often associated with focus. Touches of mint, eucalyptus, lavender and soft floral nuances make the fragrance deeper, more transparent and non-intrusive.

You can place this diffuser in the bedroom or relaxation area and pair it with a textile spray on pillows and blankets as an evening ritual.

• Pour the refill into a clean, dry diffuser bottle.
  • Insert new reeds — rattan or fiber (as you prefer).
  • Allow 12–24 hours for the aroma to fully develop.
  • For a stronger aroma, flip the reeds 1–2 times a week.
